💡 Good to Know:
If you have already signed into the Broadway at the National app and are seeing outdated information (outdated performance details or past performances) you may need to refresh the app.
- To do this, you simply need to sign out of your Broadway at the National account, and then sign back in. This will do a "system refresh".

You may need to sign in/out of your account once, or sometimes twice, to get the app to properly refresh.
✅ Can’t See Your Tickets? – Make sure you’re signed in with the same email used to purchase your season tickets.
✅ Check Your Internet Connection – Ensure you have a strong Wi-Fi or cellular signal.
✅ Sign in using Ticketmaster authentication for the best results
You may need to sign out and back in once the app has been reinstalled to fully refresh your device.
✅ Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app. Visit the App Store (iPhone Download) or Google Play (Android Download) to check for updates.
✅ Uninstall then reinstall the app – Sign out, uninstall or delete the app and reinstall, this should force an app refresh!
✅ Restart Your Device – A quick restart can often resolve minor issues.
✅Skip the App – Try accessing your mobile tickets on your phone's web browser instead, read below!
✅ Still Having Issues? – Contact our Season Ticket Office at 866-755-2929 or visit the Box Office on your way into the show for assistance.
❗ Important Notes:
- Your Broadway in Hollywood tickets will NOT be accessible through the Ticketmaster app.
- All Broadway in Hollywood shows now require SafeTix for mobile entry. Just remember, screenshots won’t work due to our dynamic barcode system.
- Mobile tickets are not visible when using a computer or tablet.
💡 Good to Know: While downloading tickets to your mobile wallet makes ticketing easier, it is not required for entry. Simply present your mobile ticket at the theatre within the Broadway at The National App, and enjoy the show!
How to Access Your Mobile Tickets on your phone's Web Browser
- Sign in to your Broadway in Hollywood Account Manager on your phone's web browser
👉 Click Here to Access Your Account Manager: Broadway in Hollywood Account Manager - Tap 'My Account' in the top right corner and sign in.
- Select 'Manage Tickets' and choose your upcoming show by tapping 'View Event Details'.
- Scroll down to find your tickets and select the first one.
- Follow the prompt to view all your tickets with a SafeTix rotating barcode.
- Below the barcode, tap 'Add to Apple Wallet' or 'Save to Google Wallet' to store your tickets.
- Your mobile tickets are now ready for use!
What if I don't have a smartphone?
We understand that not everyone uses a smartphone. Our Box Office team will be available to assist you if you have any difficulties or cannot access your mobile tickets when you arrive for your performance. Please allow for a little extra time before your performance if you plan on visiting the Box Office on your way into the show. We're here to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable theatre experience!
